Methodology: This calculation assumes the team's total workload remains constant. It redistributes this total workload across the current number of team members. Hourly estimates are based on a standard 40-hour work week. The peer benchmark data is synthesised from public sources, including industry reports and data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). The scaling multipliers are adjusted for each industry to better reflect their unique operational structures.
